We have refined our process over the past six years of working remotely on a one-to-one basis with clients around the world. We pride ourselves on only working with a limited number of athletes at a time to ensure a high quality of service, and to guarantee the close attention you deserve.

IDENTIFY & CLARIFY GOALS

STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is where it all begins, after completing your intake form, you’ll meet with your coach for a 60min consult over Skype/Facetime video chat. This will form the basis of your coach-athlete relationship and lays the foundation for your journey to come. We’ll discuss everything from your training background, sleep, nutrition, injury history and more - all to build a complete picture of you as an individual.

Based upon this initial consultation we will then devise a custom assessment phase.


STEP 2: assessment & analysis

During this first phase of testing we’ll take you through a series of tests to build a comprehensive profile of you as an athlete. Where possible we’ll conduct this via an in-person evaluation otherwise assessments will be conducted remotely. One we’ve compiled the data from this initial testing phase it allows us to remove the guesswork from your training. We’ll then systematically move you closer to your fitness and performance goals through individual program design, monitoring and coaching.

STEP 3: Individual nutrition guidance

Working together closely we’ll take the guesswork out of your nutrition. We won’t throw information at you, but will strive to educate you on how to fuel appropriately for your goals whilst preserving health. No gimmicks, no fads. Just simple, sustainable habits that will bring results for years to come.

ATHLETE MONITORING

STEP 4: Performance monitoring/analysis

We closely monitor your results over time along with objective and subjective feedback to ensure you’re able to adapt in the most favourable way to your training. These observable metrics keep both you, AND your coach accountable to your progression in the short and long-term. Using technology to track HRV, sleep, nutrition, recovery and more gives us deeper insight into how you’re adapting to training.
