PRIVATE SPECIALIZED COACHING
Individual specialized coaching is one of the best possible ways to meet your fitness and wellness goals. Allow Kelcey to educate and train you in the performance of safe and appropriate exercises to effectively lead you to optimal health and wellness. Whether you need to lower your blood pressure, body weight or get bigger faster and stronger Kelcey will serve your needs with integrity, competence, objectivity and impartiality. “Your success is my goal, I will help guide you to achieve what is rightfully yours; freedom, vitality and accomplishment.”

YOUTH SPORT AWARENESS AGES 7-12 IN ALL SPORTS/$195 FOR 8 SESIONS
A program catering toward young aspiring athletes who need to understand the fundamentals of athleticism. Develop basic motor skills, hand eye coordination, balance, flexibility, agility and running form. Athletes will be better prepared to play sports with a lower risk of injury, better conditioning through strength training and an understanding of how to run jump, leap and land appropriately. Each workout is an hour and you can train 2-3 per week. Please view CALENDAR for dates and times.

YOUTH SELF DEFENSE/$10 PER CLASS OR PRIVATE COACHING
Get into shape and learn how to protect yourself from bullies, achieve a higher level of awareness, and learn a skill that can save a life; mentally, physically and spiritually. Learn the morality of deed; humility, respect, righteousness, trust and loyalty and the morality of mind; will, endurance, perseverance, patience and courage.

DAD & ME FOR CHILDREN AGES 2-6
Share the relationship of fitness and wellness with your child! Develop basic motor skills, hand eye coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. Have fun with each other learning new exercises, running through obstacle courses, going on hikes and adventures, all while getting fit together.
