A program catering toward young aspiring athletes who need to understand the fundamentals
of athleticism. Develop basic motor skills, hand eye coordination, balance, flexibility, agility and
running form. Athletes will be better prepared to play sports with a lower risk of injury, better
conditioning through strength training and an understanding of how to run jump, leap and land
appropriately. Each workout is an hour and you can train 2-3 per week. Please view CALENDAR for
