A program catering toward young aspiring athletes who need to understand the fundamentals of
athleticism. Develop basic motor skills, hand eye coordination, balance, flexibility, agility and running
form. Athletes will be better prepared to play sports with a lower risk of injury, better conditioning
through strength training and an understanding of how to run, jump, leap and land appropriately.

This class has beginner, intermediate and advanced opportunities. You will study external arts
such as Tae Kwon Do, Chinese GoJu Ryu Karate, Ju Jitsu, wrestling, and boxing as well as
internal arts such as Aikido, Pakua, Chi Gong, Tai Chi, Ching I and Kung Fu.
