ABOUT KELCEY HART
KELCEY B. HART, CPT, CFT, CSAQT, IS A NATIONALLY ACCREDITED, CERTIFIED AND LICENSED TRAINER, COACH AND INSTRUCTOR. IN ADDITION TO DIRECTING A NUMBER OF FITNESS INITIATIVES AND ORGANIZATIONS, HE HAS COACHED STUDENT AND PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS SEEKING TO DRAMATICALLY IMPROVE THEIR FITNESS AND WELLNESS.
Studying the healing and fighting arts has allowed Mr. Hart to expand his training abilities, honing his innovative, integrated approach to performance training. As a “wellness mentor,” Mr. Hart’s experience has touched on all aspects of human wellness:

  • Therapeutic recreational guide of kayak trips off the coast of Maine and rock climbing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire
  • YMCA Teen Specialist and Youth Sports Coordinator
  • Co-founder of the R.O.O.T.S Enrichment Center, LLC, a holistically- based private day care and pre-school
  • Contributor to Building Bridges Together, a not-for-profit company working to bridge the gap between poverty and self-reliance
  • Founder of Hart Speed, Holistic & Athletic Development, specializing in organic nutrients and technologies to enhance performance
  • Conductor of performance clinics for Catherine McAuley High School (Portland, Maine), Franklin Pierce University (Ringe, New Hampshire) Gorham Recreation Department
  • Instructor in Self Defense, Chi Gong and meditation at the University of New England (Portland, Maine), Sanctuary Health Center, Leaping Lizard
  • Licensed Chi Kung facilitator through the Institute of Integral Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
